Healing through Connection.

I understand how difficult it can be to build healthy relationships when you’ve spent most of your life navigating conflict, emotional inconsistency, or feeling like your needs were too much. That’s why I specialize in this work and am passionate about helping people create relationships that feel more secure, connected, and emotionally safe. You don’t have to keep repeating the same painful patterns alone.

MY APPROACH

My approach to therapy is individualized and collaborative. Some clients benefit from deeper insight-oriented work exploring attachment wounds, relationship dynamics, and longstanding emotional patterns, while others need more structured support around communication, boundaries, anxiety, or coping skills. Therapy is tailored to what will be most supportive and effective for you.

Based on my trainings and expertise I primarily draw from relational based approaches such as Attachment-Based Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy‍, ‍Internal Family Systems, and the Gottman Method for couples.

In therapy, we’ll look at how your past experiences and relationships may be influencing the way you cope, connect, communicate, and respond emotionally today. Alongside deeper insight-oriented work, I also integrate practical, skills-based interventions, such as communication mapping, boundary-setting frameworks, and emotion regulation strategies to help you interrupt unhelpful relational cycles, respond more effectively under stress, and build a more stable sense of security in both your relationships and daily functioning.

Depending on your needs, I may also draw from Somatic approaches, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). My work is LGBTQ+ and trans-affirming, grounded in a Health at Every Size®-informed perspective, and informed by an ongoing commitment to anti-racist, culturally responsive practice.
