My Approach

I specialize in working with individuals and couples who are interested in gaining insight into how their attachment patterns are affecting their current relationships with others and self using Attachment Based Therapy.

I also specialize in helping high achieving individuals who struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, people pleasing and self-esteem issues.

When working with couples, I use the Gottman method to help couples navigate areas such as managing conflict, improving communication, increasing intimacy and deepening their emotional connection to one another.

I may at times draw on another approaches when appropriate such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Mindfulness Based Therapy.
